Lead the finance function for non-payments business units, overseeing management accounting, financial reporting, and controls. Manage and mentor a team of accountants while acting as a business partner to support strategic decision-making and acquisition integration.

The Group Leader will manage a portfolio of acquired software companies, supporting their commercial growth and operational best practices. Additionally, the role involves identifying M&A targets, building deal pipelines, and leading the negotiation and integration of new acquisitions.
