The Business Development Manager will lead the full life-cycle capture process, including opportunity identification, competitive analysis, and proposal strategy development. They will manage a sustainable new business pipeline and coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and winning proposal responses.

The controller is responsible for operating the Web Hosted Interface Program (WHIP) and validating order of battle data to support military simulation exercises. They will collaborate with event staff to build exercise data sets, facilitate planning conferences, and generate reports on exercise outcomes.

The Subject Matter Expert will identify and capture new business opportunities within federal agencies while managing strategic customer relationships for corrosion control operations. They will also act as a technical liaison, leading proposal efforts and conducting on-site assessments to provide tailored mitigation strategies.

Lead enterprise integration planning and corporate development initiatives to accelerate long-term growth. Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership by managing acquisition lifecycles and driving organizational performance improvements.
