The Physician Recruiter will develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier cardiologists and cardiovascular subspecialists. They will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers while maintaining strong relationships with clinical leadership.
The Manager will design and implement operational processes to improve Value Based Care outcomes across Medicare and Commercial programs. This includes monitoring contract performance, coordinating quality data submission, and collaborating with providers and ACO partners.
