This role involves building and managing a network of scouts, utilizing data and video analysis to produce player profiles, and collaborating with national team coaches to drive evidence-based selection processes.
The Software Engineer will build and evolve shared platform capabilities for U.S. Soccer's services and learning experiences by creating reusable components and services. They will own production features end-to-end, from discovery and implementation to monitoring and iteration, while ensuring security, accessibility, and reliability.
