The consultant will conduct a multi-country review of GBV and child marriage prevention interventions in Cambodia, Lao PDR, and the Philippines. They will also develop evidence-based recommendations, strategic roadmaps, and monitoring frameworks to strengthen programming in these regions.
The consultant will design and implement a standardized Cost-to-Serve (CTS) framework to improve transparency and decision-making within the UNFPA supply chain. They will collaborate with stakeholders to map end-to-end supply chain activities, build a functional calculation model, and provide capacity building for internal teams.
