Develop Turnover Recruitment’s brand and translate its strategy into content, formats, and marketing initiatives. Build and manage a scalable content process, create content for LinkedIn and other organic channels, and test and evaluate new ideas and campaigns.
You will lead the CRM and retention team to develop and execute strategies across the entire customer lifecycle. This includes managing key business KPIs, analyzing customer behavior, and optimizing automated customer journeys to drive growth.
