The Field Applications Engineer serves as the primary technical point of contact, providing pre-sales and post-sales support for wireless communication products. They are responsible for integrating systems, conducting field demonstrations, and providing Voice of the Customer feedback to internal product development teams.
Develop and execute international business development strategies to expand TrellisWare's presence in the Asia-Pacific region. Manage sales channels, identify new acquisition programs, and articulate customer requirements to the product development team.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing pre-sales and post-sales support for wireless communication products. Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer feedback into product enhancements and lead field exercises and demonstrations.
