The Sales Specialist is primarily responsible for managing customer relationships with a focus on expanding the existing customer portfolio and achieving commercial targets through effective sales and negotiations. Secondary duties involve assisting internal teams like Quality and Supply Chain to improve processes and ensure optimal customer satisfaction, including managing contracts and resolving claims.
