The specialist will handle L1 and L2 customer support, troubleshoot platform and data integration issues, and assist with onboarding and training. They will also collaborate with internal teams to improve support workflows and provide data-driven insights to inform product roadmaps.
You will own the engineering delivery infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, developer environments, and test automation to improve team velocity. You will embed with product teams to identify and resolve friction points while leading the design and rollout of scalable delivery systems.

Own backend features end-to-end, from design and implementation to rollout and operational reliability. Develop and optimize scalable data pipelines and distributed systems to support analytics and AI-driven product features.
The role involves partnering with Product and Engineering to design experiments and build ML/AI capabilities, including GenAI and recommendation systems. You will establish evaluation practices, monitor model quality, and coach other engineers on AI best practices.
