Build and ship features for Toro TMS’s transportation management software, working closely with product management, UX, engineers, and customers. Identify and complete valuable work proactively, contribute to team decisions, and balance product quality with delivery speed.
Lead and grow an engineering team while remaining hands-on in code and delivering product features frequently. Partner with Product and Design to shape the team roadmap, learn customer workflows, and build a high-quality transportation management system.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery to closing new accounts. Partner with SDRs to build a pipeline and conduct product demonstrations for potential clients.
