The National Alliance for Public Charter Schools

This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of foundation, corporate, and government funders, aiming to secure and manage five- and six-figure investments to generate $4–$5 million in annual revenue. Key duties include serving as the lead grant strategist, building deep funder relationships, and executing a national institutional giving strategy.

This role is responsible for acquiring, cultivating, and soliciting individual donors for the organization and its related fund, managing a portfolio to generate $2–$3 million in annual revenue. Key duties include developing and executing individual giving strategies, leading solicitations, and growing the pipeline of mid-level and major donors.

The Director will represent the organization before Congress, federal agencies, and the executive branch to shape and advance the federal policy agenda for charter schools. This involves monitoring congressional activity, supporting advocacy efforts, and coordinating with national and state partners to build bipartisan support.
