The Director sets the vision and executes a multi-channel digital program to drive advocacy, mobilization, and organizational impact. This includes leading integrated campaigns across social, email, and web platforms to move audiences from awareness to action.

This role is responsible for acquiring, cultivating, and soliciting individual donors for the organization and its related fund, managing a portfolio to generate $2–$3 million in annual revenue. Key duties include developing and executing individual giving strategies, leading solicitations, and growing the pipeline of mid-level and major donors.
