The Director of People Strategy will own the analytical and infrastructure backbone of the People function, including compensation, headcount planning, and people analytics. They will also manage high-value strategic projects and oversee the People Operations & Credentialing Manager.
The specialist will validate diagnosis codes using ICD-10 guidelines and perform comprehensive pre-visit and post-encounter chart reviews. They are responsible for querying providers for documentation clarification and educating clinicians on HCC coding best practices.
