The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable T&M sales growth within a defined geographic region by managing and coaching a team of sales professionals. They will develop go-to-market strategies, maintain critical supplier relationships, and ensure team accountability to meet sales objectives.

The Account Manager is responsible for developing new business, driving profitable sales growth through retention and expansion of existing accounts, and acquiring new customers within their defined territory. This role involves building growth strategies, providing technical support, and managing all aspects of customer relationships and order fulfillment.

This role assists in managing daily Accounts Receivable functions, focusing on invoicing, credit/debit memos, collection, and cash application to maintain sustained cash flow. The manager must prioritize, plan, and direct the department while overseeing the streamlining of the entire AR process.

The Account Manager is responsible for developing new business and managing sales growth for existing accounts. This includes qualifying leads, building relationships, and providing solutions to meet customer needs.
