The Accounting Associate will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, expense processing, and vendor management. They will also maintain accurate financial records, support grant compliance, and assist with audit readiness.
The Executive Director sets the vision and leads the execution of strategies to drive systemic change and advance teacher leadership within the state. They are responsible for fundraising, building local coalitions, and managing staff to achieve measurable student outcomes.
