The Payer Enablement Specialist will manage payer configurations within the EMR and oversee fee schedule integrity to ensure accurate reimbursement. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate payer requirements into system logic and continuously improving operational workflows.

This senior leadership role is responsible for defining, stewarding, and amplifying the brand across all touchpoints, owning the full brand experience from identity to public perception. The director will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure brand consistency and impact across commercial and consumer audiences.

This role owns the end-to-end Go-To-Market strategy and execution for employer and commercial initiatives, including building launch narratives and translating product changes into compelling value propositions for commercial stakeholders. The manager will also develop segmented commercial messaging frameworks and manage the creation of essential customer-facing collateral and knowledge base content.
