Own regional P&L, pipeline, and revenue growth for biologics CDMO services, leading complex sales opportunities from prospecting and proposals through negotiation and contract execution. Build senior client relationships, acquire new customers, and coordinate global scientific, technical, and commercial teams to deliver solutions and grow long-term partnerships.
