You will build the marketing organization from the ground up, owning the global strategy, customer acquisition, and product marketing functions. You will also establish the necessary infrastructure, systems, and team to drive scalable, economically rational growth.
You will own the design of trust-building features such as security controls, identity verification, and account protection across iOS, Android, and Web platforms. The role involves calibrating user friction and abstracting complex security logic into intuitive, high-quality product experiences.
Lead technical initiatives to improve system reliability, performance, and scalability while designing advanced solutions for distributed systems. Manage incident response, conduct blameless post-mortems, and mentor other engineers to foster technical growth.
You will collaborate with other engineers and designers to develop and ship features, design and maintain APIs, and improve development efficiency through internal tooling. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and communicate best practices to the team.
