Maintain and ensure the reliability of internal infrastructure, including virtualized platforms, cloud environments, and network security. Provide external technical support to customers for the SQDR product, focusing on installation, configuration, and complex troubleshooting.

Provide technical support for the Stelo Data Replicator software, assisting customers with installation, configuration, and performance tuning. Act as a DBA for internal development environments and document solutions in the internal knowledge base.

The Operations Executive will manage Operations and Maintenance contracts within the group, ensuring that deliverables are met and operations stay within budget. The role also involves regular site visits to meet with teams and clients, as well as developing business opportunities.

The Inventory Controller will lead the setup and optimization of inventory management systems at a remote mining operation. This includes designing inventory control systems, managing material requirements planning, and coaching local teams.
