Provide technical support for the Stelo Data Replicator software, assisting customers with installation, configuration, and performance tuning. Act as a DBA for internal development environments and document solutions in the internal knowledge base.

The Operations Executive will manage Operations and Maintenance contracts within the group, ensuring that deliverables are met and operations stay within budget. The role also involves regular site visits to meet with teams and clients, as well as developing business opportunities.
