Generate a high-quality enterprise pipeline through deep account research and multi-channel outbound prospecting in the automotive, food, and pharma industries. Co-lead initial customer conversations with Account Executives and ensure a seamless handover through discovery calls and demos.

Drive customer retention, growth, and satisfaction by managing the post-sales journey from onboarding to renewals and upsells. Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers and collaborate internally to improve CS processes and product adoption.

The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will win enterprise deals, expand accounts, and build partnerships with global brands. They will also help customers solve operational problems and influence product development with customer insights.
