Lead commercial and cost management across multiple construction projects, overseeing budgets, forecasts, procurement, contracts, cost control, and change management from preconstruction through closeout. Advise clients and project teams on financial performance and contractual matters, while managing commercial risks, supporting claims resolution, and promoting governance and cost optimization.
