The Proposal Manager oversees the full proposal lifecycle, including development, strategy, and content design. They are also responsible for integrating AI technology and improving knowledge management processes.

Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for cleared and uncleared positions supporting federal civilian and DoD customers. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting initial screens, and coordinating interviews while maintaining accurate data in the ATS.

Assist with internal control assessments, deficiency tracking, and corrective action documentation for DHS CISA. Prepare briefing and training materials to ensure compliance with OMB Circular A-123 and FMFIA requirements.

Lead internal control assessments, corrective action planning, and remediation activities to ensure CISA's compliance with federal financial management requirements. Direct business process walkthroughs and assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls.

The intern will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. They will also support recruiting operations by maintaining the applicant tracking system and producing weekly pipeline reports.

The Administrative Manager will provide mid-level administrative and operational management support to NIWC Pacific Codes 10000 (Finance) and 80000 (Corporate Operations), focusing on coordinating programs, managing documentation workflows, and supporting executive meetings. This role involves acting as a liaison between government leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of administrative operations across various support divisions.
