The Sourcing Manager will identify, qualify, and onboard GPU and data center providers to build a robust supply pipeline for the marketplace. They will manage end-to-end provider relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and collaborate with internal teams to align capacity with customer demand.
You will vet prospective data center sites for suitability, including power, cooling, and connectivity, while providing technical oversight across the development lifecycle. Additionally, you will serve as a technical liaison between the company, landowner partners, and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining the Shadeform GPU platform and developing automated AI infrastructure services. This involves managing GPU provisioning, orchestration, and virtualization to ensure a reliable, production-ready platform.
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and rapid inbound lead response. Identify and vet new GPU cloud providers to ensure supply meets customer demand for AI infrastructure.
Source and manage colocation and powered land capacity by building relationships with data center operators and developers. Help suppliers overcome power, space, and capital constraints to scale GPU infrastructure.
Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure, hardware, and platform issues for customers using AI infrastructure. Coordinate with internal teams and providers to manage server deployments and maintain operational documentation.
