The Operations Lead will manage the daily operating engine of the FCM, overseeing trade lifecycles, clearing, and reconciliations. They will also establish operational procedures, manage vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance through robust controls.
Monitor real-time and post-trade activity to identify potential market manipulation, fraud, and disruptive trading practices. Triage and investigate surveillance alerts while documenting findings and collaborating with external clearing members and regulators.
