Lead the development and embedding of locally-led social transformation principles within sponsorship programming to promote community ownership and equality. Generate evidence and resources to scale proven social transformation models and influence policy and investment decisions globally.

Lead research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement to solve strategic problems and strengthen the Save the Children movement. Support the organization's annual planning process and build a community of strategy and planning practitioners.

Lead the financial analysis and cost modelling for the organization-wide Cost Management & Efficiency Initiative to identify and validate savings opportunities. Partner with global teams and stakeholders to establish cost baselines, track benefits realisation, and provide financial governance for operational redesign.

Provide strategic and operational award management advisory to ensure compliant and high-quality use of funds for global programmes. Coordinate the full award lifecycle, including budget monitoring, reporting, and close-out processes across multiple implementing offices.
