The VP of Operations & Transformation is responsible for driving operational performance, standardization, and continuous improvement across all field service lines. They will partner with leadership to translate strategy into executable plans while managing P&L, labor strategy, and large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.

Manage day-to-day relationships with large national clients to ensure retention and growth while resolving operational issues. Coordinate cross-functionally with local branches to align expectations and manage scheduling, invoicing, and compliance.
