Design, configure, and support technology-based solutions for distribution systems to optimize stability and performance. Troubleshoot real-time issues and provide Tier III functional support for distribution-facing applications and hardware.

The specialist performs proactive outbound calling to existing and potential customers to promote SanMar's products and marketing programs. They collaborate with Territory Managers and use Salesforce to qualify leads and create opportunities for Account Executives.

Supervise and coach an inside sales team to meet company goals while managing daily operations, productivity, and service levels. Collaborate with managers to improve policies and procedures and handle employee performance evaluations.
