The Systems Administrator is responsible for designing, maintaining, and supporting technology-based distribution systems to ensure stability and performance. They will troubleshoot real-time issues, deploy system enhancements, and provide onsite support for hardware and software implementations.

The Business Analyst will drive business process research, requirement gathering, and the development of supporting documentation for the Sales Operations department. They will also analyze sales data to influence leadership decision-making and implement tools like dashboards to track initiative impact.

Manage customer accounts by monitoring payments, resolving discrepancies, and negotiating payment arrangements to secure revenue. Maintain professional relationships through phone and email communication while managing credit limits and risk.

The specialist performs proactive outbound calling to existing and potential customers to promote SanMar's products and marketing programs. They collaborate with Territory Managers and use Salesforce to qualify leads and create opportunities for Account Executives.
