The Operations Associate will manage the execution layer across people operations, hiring, compliance, IT, and legal administration. They will build and maintain internal systems to support company growth and ensure reliable operational execution.

You will serve as a strategic analytics partner to Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to drive marketplace growth and product strategy. You will own the product analytics function, including defining KPIs, building reporting dashboards, and leading experimentation frameworks.
