Lead the full implementation lifecycle for complex pharmacy benefit configurations for strategic clients. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts while driving process improvements within the Solutions Delivery organization.

The analyst is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and quality assurance of formularies within the RxSense platform. They collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure formulary strategies align with clinical and operational goals.

The Data Analyst will deliver automated reporting and actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders using complex healthcare data sets. Responsibilities include building BI dashboards, performing root cause analysis on data anomalies, and collaborating to improve data pipelines.
