The Associate Director provides fiscal and administrative oversight for STEM education programs, including subaward management and financial compliance. Additionally, the role leads the development of evaluation frameworks, reporting tools, and strategic planning for the K-12 Research Center.
The Research Associate will assist with the setup and execution of laboratory experiments and analyze data to support ongoing research projects. They are also responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and preparing research reports and publications.
The Director leads the strategic development and management of digital platforms to enhance student enrollment and financial aid engagement. They oversee content strategy, user experience, and the implementation of advanced digital tools while collaborating across the division to optimize digital presence.
