The clinician provides direct clinical assessments and interventions exclusively via telehealth. They are responsible for developing service plans and leading the agency's telehealth resource development.

The provider will integrate an individual with developmental disabilities into their home and community life. Responsibilities include assisting with meal preparation, transportation to medical appointments, and medication administration.
