This involves directing voice actors, configuring voice pipelines via terminal-based tools, and defining quality standards for automated testing.
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI voice and chat agents, including development, testing, and production deployment. You will also work directly with enterprise clients to understand requirements, debug live conversations, and optimize agent performance.
You will own the platform architecture, including the runtime, voice infrastructure, and intelligence layer that powers AI agents. You will also build critical enterprise capabilities such as observability, evaluation frameworks, and security integrations to ensure reliable production performance.
