You will own the design and implementation of US English voices for AI agents, ensuring they sound natural and trustworthy in high-stakes financial collections calls. This involves directing voice actors, configuring voice pipelines via terminal-based tools, and defining quality standards for automated testing.
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI voice and chat agents, including development, testing, and production deployment. You will also work directly with enterprise clients to understand requirements, debug live conversations, and optimize agent performance.
You will own the platform architecture, including the runtime, voice infrastructure, and intelligence layer that powers AI agents. You will also build critical enterprise capabilities such as observability, evaluation frameworks, and security integrations to ensure reliable production performance.
The GTM Lead will own the sales pipeline, close enterprise deals, and build the foundational sales playbook for the company. They will collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to refine the roadmap based on direct customer feedback.
