You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI voice and chat agents, including development, testing, and production deployment. You will also work directly with enterprise clients to understand requirements, debug live conversations, and optimize agent performance.

You will own the platform architecture, including the runtime, voice infrastructure, and intelligence layer that powers AI agents. You will also build critical enterprise capabilities such as observability, evaluation frameworks, and security integrations to ensure reliable production performance.

You will own the end-to-end release train for AI voice and chat agents, managing planning, dependencies, and client rollouts. You will also drive process improvements and ensure seamless client onboarding and migration programs.

The GTM Lead will own the sales pipeline, close enterprise deals, and build the foundational sales playbook for the company. They will collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to refine the roadmap based on direct customer feedback.

You will audit AI agent performance by reviewing call transcripts and documenting compliance or behavioral issues. Additionally, you will act as a client-facing representative to present findings and align on quality standards with client teams.
