The Technical Advisor provides hands-on technical assistance to National Public Health Agencies to strengthen operational systems, governance, and financing. They are also responsible for developing a replicable methodology for institutional strengthening based on field experience.

Lead the Surveillance and Digital Architecture and Governance workstream to integrate siloed public health data systems across African countries. Manage a technical team to provide strategic advisory support to national public health institutes and ministries of health.

The role focuses on bridging the gap between complex epidemiological data and strategic public health action to support decision-making in Africa. Responsibilities include developing innovative data products, providing technical mentorship to in-country teams, and leading surveillance innovations.

The role manages global benefits strategy, HRIS architecture, leave administration, and HR compliance for a global workforce. It involves overseeing benefit plan design, ensuring data integrity within the HRIS, and serving as the primary liaison for employee benefits and leave matters.

Develop a global strategy to strengthen laboratory capacity for trans-fatty acid (TFA) analysis in priority low- and middle-income countries. This includes synthesizing evidence, engaging stakeholders, and creating training frameworks and sustainable financing mechanisms.
