Manage the full life cycle of technical recruiting for power systems technicians across multiple locations. Develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to scale the technical team.

This role is responsible for the operational excellence of Systems and Service teams across the US and Canada by assessing technician skills and delivering technical training on power systems topics. The position also requires acting as a Subject Matter Expert, creating standard operating procedures, supporting field technicians, and mentoring apprentices.
