Manage transformer field service projects by coordinating materials, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure timely and on-budget completion. Act as the primary point of contact for customers while providing technical support for electrical power distribution systems.

This role is responsible for the operational excellence of Systems and Service teams across the US and Canada by assessing technician skills and delivering technical training on power systems topics. The position also requires acting as a Subject Matter Expert, creating standard operating procedures, supporting field technicians, and mentoring apprentices.
