The Senior Director will lead a national team of MSLs to foster relationships with key opinion leaders and drive strategic medical initiatives in rare endocrinology. They are responsible for aligning field medical activities with corporate pipeline priorities and ensuring scientific accuracy across all medical communications.
The Director oversees the design, innovation, and performance of patient services programs, including managing internal hub operations and therapeutic education teams. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while driving operational efficiencies and positive patient outcomes through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.
The Medical Science Liaison will serve as a field-based scientific expert to foster relationships with opinion leaders in endocrinology and facilitate the exchange of scientific information. They will also support clinical initiatives, provide medical input for advisory boards, and train staff on relevant therapeutic areas.
Oversees the design, innovation, and performance of patient services programs across Hematology, Oncology, and Metabolic disease areas. Manages an internal hub of Case Managers and Therapeutic Education Managers to ensure seamless patient onboarding and education.
