The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction and growth. This includes identifying upselling opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues.

The Director of Compliance will lead the evolution of the company's Trust Infrastructure by developing and overseeing a comprehensive GRC program. They will act as the primary regulatory expert, ensuring platform integrity and embedding compliance across all customer lifecycle stages.
