Essential duties also involve data entry, running reports, ensuring driver availability, and responding to emergency situations.

This role involves acting as a subject matter expert for assigned business lines, developing and delivering training materials for new and existing staff, and managing lead quality to ensure timely resolution of scheduling opportunities. The Lead will also be responsible for daily reporting to leadership and assisting the team by taking calls up to 50% of the time.
