The Director of Learning will lead the learning strategy, overseeing internal onboarding and client certification programs. They will partner with Product and Marketing teams to align content cycles with release planning and manage the learning budget and engagement reporting.
Manage client projects by scoping requirements, designing solutions, and building them within the Practifi platform. Serve as a technical escalation point and lead client training sessions to ensure successful platform adoption.
You will own the end-to-end implementation of SaaS projects for financial advisory firms, managing scope, timelines, and client expectations. You will collaborate with business analysts and data engineers to ensure successful go-lives and provide post-implementation support.
