The Senior Franchise Business Coach will manage performance for an assigned portfolio of franchisees by diagnosing gaps and implementing action plans to drive KPIs. This role involves frequent onsite visits, coaching franchisees on operational standards, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure business growth.

The VP of Finance will oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls for a growing franchisor. They will partner with the CEO to manage lender reporting, audit processes, and unit-level financial performance.

The role involves coaching franchise owners across all maturity levels to enhance key performance indicators such as YoY revenue growth, membership gain, conversion rates, average ticket size, and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities also include supporting new center openings, providing onsite training, and partnering with internal corporate teams.
