You will own the global implementation function end-to-end, leading and developing a team of six across the UK and US. You are responsible for defining implementation standards, optimizing processes, and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer outcomes.

The Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end delivery for Marketplace features, including discovery, specification, building, shipping, and iteration, while analyzing existing features to improve adoption and revenue. This role requires using commercial modelling as the primary evidence for roadmap prioritization, building pricing and packaging proposals, and evaluating build versus buy decisions.
