Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, managing portfolio performance, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline reporting and product offerings.

Lead a team to manage subscription services, utility partnerships, and project compliance across multiple energy markets. Optimize portfolios for high performance, increased annual recurring revenue, and contribution margin while streamlining operations via AI.

Own and deliver end-to-end backend features using Ruby on Rails and Python while maintaining reliable, scalable services. Contribute to API evolution and ensure operational health through monitoring, logging, and high-quality code reviews.

Lead the transformation of Perch into an AI-enabled, platform-driven community solar marketplace focused on automation and scalability. Oversee the product strategy for acquisition, enrollment, billing, and partner experiences across a regulated energy marketplace.
