Provide prompt and efficient support to financial professionals and field offices regarding HTK products, services, and processes. Act as a liaison between Pershing and the field while handling complex escalated issues and supporting departmental projects.

The architect will establish enterprise standards, lead solution design, and partner with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with strategic business objectives.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems while providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers. Architect scalable solutions and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.

Manage the development and daily support of qualified and non-qualified retirement plan programs and product offerings. Serve as a subject matter expert providing regulatory guidance and performing due diligence on retirement plan providers.
