The Executive Director will lead the revenue-driving team by setting sales strategies, managing top-tier accounts, and coaching staff to exceed targets. They will also collaborate with leadership to develop go-to-market plans and optimize revenue operations.

Manage key accounting functions including monthly close procedures, payroll, and reconciliations across multiple affiliated entities. Support audit and tax processes while ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and organizational policies.

The Managing Director will translate the organization's vision into an executable media roadmap and lead programmatic teams in content, production, and storytelling. They are responsible for building a scalable media operation that reaches parents through culturally fluent, issue-driven content across multiple platforms.

Manage day-to-day operations, growth, and community engagement across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Produce supplemental static content and lead boosted content campaigns to amplify organic reach.

The Manager will oversee The Parents Network (TPN), managing contractors, ensuring program goals are met, and overseeing relationship management with community members, including supporting their intake and check-ins. This role also involves building out a new advocacy program and ensuring parent voices are centered in organizational strategy and content.
