The specialist will remotely monitor patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices, analyze transmission data, and interpret complex arrhythmias. They will also provide accurate clinical documentation and serve as the primary point of contact for after-hours alert notifications.

Monitor patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices remotely using proprietary software to analyze ECG/EGM data and device diagnostics. Document findings accurately and communicate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective patient care.

This role is responsible for owning the strategic, executive-level, and commercial partnership with high-value electrophysiology, cardiology, and heart failure practices, ensuring PaceMate delivers measurable clinical, operational, and business value while driving long-term account growth and retention. Key functions include serving as the executive point of contact, leading Quarterly Business Reviews, managing escalations, and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts.
