The Mechanical Designer is responsible for producing high-quality mechanical designs, including drawings, calculations, and specifications for hospital and university projects. They will model systems, coordinate across disciplines to resolve clashes, and support senior engineers through design development and construction administration.

The engineer will audit and retro-commission mechanical systems to develop and implement sustainability and decarbonization plans for healthcare and university clients. They will also lead construction meetings, manage project documentation, and contribute to the development of internal engineering standards and AI tools.

The Co-Head of Engineering leads the engineering practice by setting technical direction and upholding rigorous engineering standards across mechanical, electrical, and energy disciplines. They serve as the primary technical liaison for hospital and university clients, translating their missions into long-term infrastructure and decarbonization strategies.

Lead end-to-end decarbonization and sustainability programs for health-system clients, focusing on energy modeling and retro-commissioning. Develop investment-grade energy conservation measures and serve as the primary technical lead during implementation and commissioning.
