Responsible for the technical delivery of managed services across NTT Data's customer account base. This includes managing and supporting a customer’s AWS platform and providing incident and problem management on the AWS IaaS and PaaS platform.

The Senior QA Engineer will independently design and execute test strategies for On-Prem to Azure migration projects, validating application functionality and performance post-migration. They will collaborate with customer teams to define migration testing requirements and ensure compliance with Azure best practices.

The Senior Scrum Master facilitates a cross-functional agile collaborative team in iterative technology development. This role involves coaching the development team on scrum principles and helping them achieve their highest performance level to ensure successful project progression.
