Responsible for improving the quality and completeness of clinical documentation to ensure accurate reimbursement and reporting of medical outcomes. This involves collaborating with physicians and nursing staff to clarify documentation and educating the care team on coding requirements.

The ETL Architect is responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of data migration and warehousing solutions using SSIS and Snowflake. This includes establishing a Center of Excellence for ETL standards, mentoring staff, and collaborating with leadership to transform business requirements into analytics solutions.
