Assist lead researchers in creating detailed investigative reports for commercial real estate loan transactions. Use public records and proprietary data to mitigate financial, regulatory, and reputational risks.

Perform commercial real estate site inspections on an ad-hoc basis. Provide accurate, high-quality reports within a timely manner to identify potential problems or discrepancies.

The Receiver is appointed by a court to administer, manage, or oversee the assets and operations of a distressed real estate entity, focusing on asset evaluation, operational efficiency, and financial management.
