The Lead Technical Architect is responsible for the architecture, design, modernization, and security of the ESI.mil public-facing website and internal CMS. This includes providing technical direction across software development, cybersecurity compliance, and platform sustainment to ensure system reliability and scalability.

The Project Manager serves as the primary lead for the ESI.mil Development and Sustainment task order, overseeing technical, cybersecurity, and agile development activities. They are responsible for managing scope, schedule, cost, and deliverables while acting as the principal point of contact for Government stakeholders.

Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise software applications and operating systems environments using Microsoft .NET technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure system operations and provide technical documentation throughout the SDLC.

The DBA will manage daily database operations, monitoring, and maintenance for a mission-critical federal environment. Key tasks include supporting ETL processes, troubleshooting SQL queries, and providing Tier 1-2 help desk support for reporting and interface issues.

The analyst will provide mission support services, including policy analysis and recommendations for the development and implementation of the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) mission, focusing heavily on HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules and Cybersecurity initiatives. Key duties involve advising on compliance, improving project quality and efficiency, and managing processes for case investigations and enforcement strategies.
