The Territory Manager is responsible for expanding the referral network by identifying and building relationships with healthcare providers. This involves conducting in-person visits, educating providers on clinical services, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless referral process.
Provide outpatient medical care and assessments for patients with eating disorders via telehealth. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of dietitians and therapists to develop and implement coordinated treatment plans.
Provide virtual, 1:1 nutrition counseling to patients with eating disorders using a weight-inclusive and trauma-informed care model. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Provide individual telehealth therapy for patients with eating disorders while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of dietitians and medical providers. Lead the development of the behavioral health service line by designing clinical protocols, onboarding new therapists, and ensuring clinical quality.
