The role focuses on expanding access to care by identifying and building long-term referral partnerships with healthcare providers. The manager will educate practices on Nabi's services and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls and texts to prospective patients to guide them through the enrollment process. Schedule first appointments and coordinate closely with the care team for smooth patient handoffs.

The role involves conducting outbound outreach to medical practices to establish referral partnerships for eating disorder care. You will communicate with clinicians and office managers to explain the referral process and maintain ongoing professional relationships.

The therapist will provide individual telehealth therapy sessions (CPT 90837) to patients with eating disorders and related conditions, collaborating closely with Registered Dietitians on shared patients through coordinated treatment planning and joint case review. Responsibilities also include administering screening tools, designing clinical workflows, and completing timely clinical documentation in the EMR.

The coordinator will manage billing workflows, track claim denials, and support provider onboarding and administrative operations. They will also ensure compliance with HIPAA and serve as a point of contact for clinicians and patients.

As a Patient Enrollment Specialist, you will call and text patients to schedule their first appointment and ensure they feel supported throughout the process. You will also handle a steady volume of outreach each day and follow up consistently.
