The Strategic Partner Executive serves as the primary point of accountability for oncology network partners, managing end-to-end operations and ensuring successful clinical program execution. This role drives physician engagement, oversees EHR integration, and fosters strategic growth through advisory boards and consistent partner communication.
Lead the daily operations, performance, and compliance of Clinical Research Specialist staff across designated health system accounts. Serve as the primary operational liaison to ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain strong customer relationships with health system partners.
Responsible for the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and clinical trial quality oversight. This includes managing CAPA programs, conducting audits, and ensuring software development adheres to FDA and life sciences compliance standards.
Maintain corporate computing infrastructure and provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support for hardware and software in a remote environment. Manage onboarding, offboarding, application patching, and data security enforcement.
