N-Power Medicine

Responsible for the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and clinical trial quality oversight. This includes managing CAPA programs, conducting audits, and ensuring software development adheres to FDA and life sciences compliance standards.

Maintain corporate computing infrastructure and provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support for hardware and software in a remote environment. Manage onboarding, offboarding, application patching, and data security enforcement.

The Epidemiology Director will design, implement, interpret, report, and publish results of observational research studies for life sciences customers. They will also support the development of N-Power Medicine’s data platform and collaborate with internal partners to develop strategic partnerships.

This role involves leading rigorous and fit-for-purpose statistical designs and analyses to meet company vision, focusing on developing next-generation external control arms by integrating real-world data with clinical trials. The leader will also guide and mentor internal teams on novel methodologies, best statistical practices, and innovative clinical trial designs.
